Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Grzegorz Richert (sleiCore), owner of sleicore.pl. For any matter related to personal data, please write to sleiCore8@gmail.com.

2. What data I process and why

Contact form

When you send a message through the form, you provide your full name, e-mail address, optionally your company or brand name, the type of service you need and the content of your message. I process this data only to reply to your message, prepare a quote or proposal and – if you decide to work with me – to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without an e-mail address.

E-mail and social media contact

If you write directly by e-mail or via social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), I process the data you provide in order to communicate with you and answer your questions. Social networks are separate data controllers under their own privacy policies.

3. How long I keep data

I keep form messages and e-mail correspondence for as long as needed to reply and continue the conversation, and then for no longer than 12 months from our last contact. If we start working together, contract-related data is kept for the period required by law (e.g. tax law) and until any claims become time-barred.

4. Who I share data with

I do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be entrusted to providers of services necessary to run the website and e-mail:

• the hosting provider whose servers run the website (Netwave, Poland),
• the e-mail provider (Google Ireland Ltd. – Gmail),
• the Google Analytics provider – only if you give your consent.

Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (USA) as part of Google services, based on the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• rectify your data,
• have your data erased or its processing restricted,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses essential technical mechanisms: it remembers your analytics consent choice in your browser storage (localStorage). This does not require consent.

Google Analytics

If you consent in the cookie banner, the website loads Google Analytics 4, which collects anonymised information about visits: browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited and visit duration. It is used solely to improve the website. Without your consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, or block analytics with this add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Managing cookies

You can change cookie settings in your browser or disable them completely. Restricting cookies does not affect browsing the website.

7. External links and content

The website contains links to external services (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble). Once you visit them, their privacy policies apply.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. The contact form is protected against spam without external tracking tools, and only the administrator has access to messages.

9. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated, e.g. due to changes in law or website features. The current version is always available on this page.
